Sea freight Pricing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sea Freight In-House Sales Specialist to handle LCL and FCL quotations via our TMS, manage end-to-end logistics operations, and ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has a background in freight forwarding, experience with Air & Ocean freight, and is proficient in systems like CargoWise One. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a shifting schedule are essential.
Responsibilities
Create quotes via our TMS, according to our rates and process specifications (LCL and FCL quotes out from Germany or other countries)
Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely
delivery and accurate documentation.
Develop and implement efficient logistics procedures, tracking shipments and ensuring
compliance with regulations.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth communication and coordination
throughout the supply chain.
