How you create impact

Coordinate and monitor end-to-end sea logistics processes, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction across assigned offices and stakeholdersExecute operational tasks within BPA/BAM systems and maintain accurate productivity reports and incident logbooks.
Manage billing processes, including invoice validation, issuance, follow-up on discrepancies (rejected, canceled, or pending invoices), and compliance with SOPs.
