Job Purpose

Lead in Market Plan execution (aligned to BU Strategy), execute the strategically aligned commercial plan in market, decide channel/cust‑prioritisation and deploy budget accordingly; lead core capabilities and objective customer engagement (Catman /Shopper), and lead execution of aligned pricing strategy in the country and cells.
