Seafood Department Manager Full Time Day

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.
• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
• Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet your sales goals.
• Prepare, cut and serve consistent, fresh, and quality products.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
• Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in‑stock position.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
