Seafreight Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Monitor emails from customers, agents, partners and sales
2. System monitoring to ensure RP and Billing is created on time
3. Knowledgeable in Cargowise System
4. Resolving of issues when it comes to shipments
5. Communicating with Sales Executive/In House Sales if there are concerns with their accounts
6. Requesting rates from shipping lines and consolidator
7. Sending of quotations to customers and preparation of monthly reports relative to the following: Monthly Forecast, Ifusion report, Minebea Freight summary, Blue Compass, Tonnage Summary, Customer Wise, PSB
8. Monitoring of export shipments for all MCS accounts
9. Assist on handling export shipments for all MCS shipments
10. Knowledgeable in Starlink, Cargowise and Descartes

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of any 4 years business course
