SEAP Compliance Specialist (Software Asset Management)

**Job Summary:**



Red Hat is looking for an individual to be responsible for execution of Subscription Education program initiatives and sales performance in the Japan market. The ideal candidate will work directly with sales teams, partners, and end customers in Japan to build awareness and enforce the Red Hat subscription model.



**Primary Responsibilities:**



+ Drive collection of revenue through the education and enforcement of Red Hat's subscription model.

+ Achieve or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through prospecting possible compliance issues, negotiating successfully with customer and Red Hat account teams, and tracking performance through our CRM tool.

+ Mentor regional sales teams and partners on Red Hat subscription model and requirements.
