Search Associate Director

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Digital Performance teams across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages all day-to‑day efforts and is the primary day‑to‑day point of contact to the client
• Owns and manages client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
• Identifies areas of opportunity to explore ways of further supporting the clients and deepening the relationship
• Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
• Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Director
• Development and coaching of their team
• Setting goals and objectives for their team to progress and flourish
