Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We're hiring an SEO specialist who can own execution across on-page SEO (content + internal linking + technical fundamentals) and off-page SEO (link building + citations + authority building). You'll work closely with strategy, content, and web teams to improve rankings, traffic, and leads for service businesses and multi-location brands.

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable running audits, shipping fixes, building repeatable systems, and reporting progress month over month.

What you'll doOn-Page SEO (Execution + Optimization)

• Run on-page audits (titles/meta, H1/H2 structure, content gaps, cannibalization, thin pages)
• Optimize metadata, headings, copy structure, schema recommendations, image alt text, and URL structure
• Build and maintain internal linking strategies (topic clusters, hub/spoke, contextual linking)
• Improve SEO-related UX signals (readability, above-the-fold clarity, content layout,...
