About The Job We are seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Manager to own organic search performance and AI-driven discovery across multiple WordPress websites serving both B2B and B2C audiences. This role is responsible for traditional SEO execution (technical, on-page, content, and performance) as well as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure content performs well in AI-powered search, featured snippets, and conversational search experiences. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, content strategy, and cross-site governance, with the ability to scale best practices across multiple brands and business units.
