Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and lead Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social campaigns , playing a key role in campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on campaign management while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of digital marketing capabilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage SEM and Paid Social campaigns
• Monitor daily pacing and performance to ensure budget and KPI alignment
• Optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and results
• Conduct post-campaign reporting and share key learnings and insights
• Perform account audits to identify opportunities and improvements
• Review and validate work from junior team members (QA)
