As a Guest Service & Season Pass Representative, you'll be a key part of the team that creates an exceptional experience for our guests. You’ll assist with season pass sales and support, both in person and online, while delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, upbeat, detail-oriented, and ready to spread good vibes all season long.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and issue or modify season passes.
Handle administrative tasks such as upgrades, redemptions, and online order processing.
