Job Title: Seasonal Data Coordinator - JostensPIX Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT) Position Length: mid June - November Location: Eagan, MN THE ROLE: Love organization, problem-solving, and keeping things moving behind the scenes? This on-site Eagan, MN role supports our Operations team through School Picture Day data processing and materials coordination that help bring each event to life.

YOU WILL: 

Retrieve, organize and manipulate data provided by customers

Ensure data is accurate and complete

Identify discrepancies within data and collaborate with Operations team to mitigate data issues

Process incoming contracts/agreements and translate data into internal tracking systems

Follow all data retention policies and privacy agreements

Identify and resolve issues identified during the quality assurance process
