**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Support daily plant operations, including material handling and site housekeeping
+ Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and basic troubleshooting
+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
+ Load, unload, and transport materials as directed by supervisors
+ Perform general labor tasks to support production and operational goals

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
+ Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to follow instructions
+ Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
