Seasonal Supervisor, Tundra Grill & Concessions at Assiniboine Park

Reporting to the General Manager, Tundra Grill & Concessions, the Supervisor will work with the General Manager to provide an exceptional customer service experience through service excellence. The Supervisor will establish and maintain a motivated and dynamic team, while providing support to ensure quest experience is exceeded. They will direct employees to ensure the safe and healthy preparation of meals and sanitation techniques to avoid cross‑contamination and the spoiling of food and beverages under the direction of the Tundra Grill Chef.

The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of restaurant and concession operations, while maintaining high quality menu items and service levels.
