Job Description
Responsibilities
· To perform the Mechanical and Electrical Assembly, Laser Optics Alignment, Calibration and Final Testing on Capital Equipment in according to Technical Instructions.
· To work with vendor to perform the preparation of Capital Equipment for shipment.
· To complete the Capital Equipment, build with the takt time.
· To monitor and expedite materials delivery to ensure production schedule are met.
· To own and be responsible for the entire process of Capital Equipment build, adhering to Company Quality and Safety Requirements
· To conduct Preventive Maintenance on equipment promptly.
· To monitor calibration schedule for tools and ensure they are calibrated timely in according to schedule.
· Expected to be trained and work on 2 or more Capital Equipment
