Talent Focus Education has partnered with a Christian school in regional Queensland to recruit an experienced and values-driven Head of Secondary to lead Years 7–12.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a small, close-knit Secondary setting of approximately 45 students, where relationships are strong, class sizes are genuinely small, and leaders have the time and space to make a meaningful impact. About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Principal, the Head of Secondary plays a key role in shaping both the academic direction and pastoral culture of the Secondary School.
