Secondary Operator (Zinc Remelt)- 1st Shift

About the role

This position is primarily responsible for running and maintaining the Zinc Remelt sytem. Secondary operator responsibilities include producing quality components from a variety of secondary machinery.

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00


What you will be doing


+ Ability to run and maintain the Zinc Remelt system and run various machines in secondary areas.

+ The associate is responsible for the quality and quantity of products being manufactured in a team environment. Utilizes business system to document productivity and quality issues.

+ Maintain excellent housekeeping practices (5S).

+ Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and flex to areas of constraint. Follow instruction from Set Up Operators on daily tasks.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on machinery according to pre set schedule.

+ Ability to utilize databases to choose proper tooling.
