Secret Senior System Test Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a mission-focused test engineer with strong technical leadership, deep experience in system-level testing with satellite ground systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple vendors, engineering teams, and government stakeholders in secure DoD environments. The Senior System Test Engineer, will provide technical leadership for verification, validation, integration, and mission readiness activities across complex satellite ground system environments. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with space-ground enterprise systems, mission system integration, IT infrastructure, test automation, and DevSecOps-aligned development pipelines. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, support DT/OT test events, and ensure mission-critical systems meet stringent operational requirements. Salary Range between $120,000-$160,000 based on qualifications and years of experience.
