Our client is a leading energy and health. They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Secretary(1 Year Contract)
Job Description
Providing secretarial and administrative support to the managers.
Completing assigned day-to-day tasks, of a different kind.
Scheduling appointments and meetings, and writing respective minutes and protocols.
Participating and supporting the manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization, or assigned projects.
Qualifications
Female.
25-40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-2 years working experience or a Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a multi-national Corporation.
Excellent attention to detail, proactive, efficient, and a good team player.
Basic English proficiency.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
