CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

The purpose of this post is to provide secretarial, administrative and office support to the Department of Mathematics. The position serves as a central point of contact between the Department of Mathematics, faculty/departmental staff and other constituents with whom the faculty/department interacts.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
•Provide Secretarial support and high level administrative support.
•Manages the office of the Head of Department.
•Document and Information Management.
