Job Summary:
The Store Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the branch by handling documentation, reporting, coordination of daily operations, and ensuring proper processing of HR, finance, and compliance requirements. This role acts as a support system to various departments such as HR, Accounting, and Logistics, especially during staff absences or peak periods.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report staff house-related concerns
- Endorse branch feedback and concerns to relevant departments (HR, Facilities, Accounting, etc.)
- Monitor store operations issues and forward to appropriate teams
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly expense reports
- Process biometric timekeeping and attendance for branch employees, tenants, and consignors
- Handle POS-related transactions and ensure accuracy of reports
