Lead the Mechanical Integration team overseeing supplier management and integration of periphery and interior components for Challenger and Global platforms. Ensure technical compliance by validating that engineering solutions meet customer expectations and certification requirements. Drive quality and schedule adherence for all engineering deliverables produced by the team. Support engineering change processes including PCR, RFC, and NOC activities.
