Primarily responsible for Company’s financial and performance reporting (such as monthly scorecard and performance reporting, group reporting package, financial statements etc.) to ensure timely and accurate financial information are provided to various stakeholders such as inter-department, regulators, external auditors, holding company, executive management committee and the board

1. 2. Tax regulatoryreporting:

   · Responsible for all tax compliance reporting including annual corporate tax submission, bi-monthly service tax returns and annual submission of common reporting standards/FATCA, withholding tax and transfer pricing documentation to ensure timely and accurate submission to regulators.

   · Review the submissions prepared by the team and ensure submission to tax authority is accurate and on a timely manner.
