Overview

Lead the development and implementation of Financial Risk Management Policy and other financial risk policies.

Identify, assess and monitor financial key risk indicators to ensure they are within the Company’s Risk Appetite and Tolerance Limits. This includes maintaining regular updates of Key Risk Indicators in line with latest developments.

Identify, assess and monitor emerging risk arising from changes in the business environment and provide updates to Senior Management as necessary.

Analyse and monitor key movements of actuarial reserves (sources of surplus arising), the Risk Based Capital (RBC) components, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Asset Liability Management.

Perform annual review of Investment Policy taking into account ALM processes, i.e. Risk-Return Analysis, SAA and TAA limits.
