JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. To translate the organizations goals and objectives into departmental strategies and action plans.

2. To ensure the organizations goals and objectives are met and if otherwise, to formulate contingency plans.

3. To delegate responsibility to the Specialists to successfully carry out such action plans.

4. To monitor and verify the progress of such plans.

5. To provide the communication link between the organization and the employees

6. To communicate to the employees the organizations directions, goals and objectives.

7. To reinforce the Specialists in materials and production planning to meet customers requirement.
