Section Manager, QA

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Section Manager, QA to join our team at TECAN CDMO SOLUTIONS PN SDN. BHD. in Simpang Ampat Penang. Lead, manage and supervise a team of supplier quality engineers (SQE) and QA Executive (Calibration) to ensure the materials delivered by suppliers are complying to the acceptance requirements, and calibration for IMTEs are managed accordingly to the requirements and procedure.  Support the external and internal audits.

What you'll be doing

1. SQE :

Driving supplier quality through effective and timely communication with suppliers to resolve material quality issues.

Issuance of SCAR and follow up with supplier on containment, corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions.

Participate in supplier selection, qualification and performance monitoring related to quality

Participate in the new material qualification
