Job Purpose

The Section Officer – Fashion Goods & Accessories is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the assigned fashion and accessories section, ensuring optimal product display, stock availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fashion Goods & Accessories section, including apparel, accessories, footwear, or related categories.
• Ensure proper merchandise display, visual merchandising standards, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and coordinate with the back-end team to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
