What we are looking for

1+ years experience as a bartender in a premium bar or restaurant
Strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails
WSET level 1 Award (preferred but not essential)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
