Secured Lending Underwriter

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Secured Lending Underwriter for the Asset Based Lending team part of Commercial Banking Group.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Participate in the partnership with the Underwriting team on all aspects of new business transaction process
+ Perform financial analysis, calculate financial covenants, and prepare financing memorandum within Secured Lending Underwriting
+ Review basic issues, policies, or procedures where answers can quickly be obtained related to low to medium risk and deliverables
+ Receive direction from Secured Lending Underwriting supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
