Securities Agency Officer

• Prepare, execute and monitor transactions related to Fiscal Agency activities
• Handle Issuing & Paying Agency operations for securities transactions
• Support Calculation Agency activities, ensuring accuracy of calculations and reporting
• Manage transactions related to Common Depository services and safekeeping activities
• Coordinate Conversion Agent operations and related client requests
• Support Listing Agency activities and ensure compliance with market requirements
• Process Tax Agency related activities and follow-up with counterparties
• Maintain and update all transaction and issuance documentation
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of Global Notes in the vault on behalf of ICSD
• Process and follow up invoices to counterparties, issuers and sub-custodians within deadlines
• Prepare and issue SWIFT messages, HTML/PDF communications and fax instructions to counterparties
