Securities Research Analyst

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Research Analyst. The role involves working closely with the US M&A team on M&A market intelligence, pitchbooks, various financial analyses and industry-related materials, with significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the business.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Monitor M&A market intelligence and prepare related deliverables such as M&A deal alerts by leveraging various information sources (FactSet, Merger market, Dealogic and Refinitiv) as well as news outlets (Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and others)
+ Maintain M&A databases and prepare various kinds of analyses based on the recorded data
+ Develop an understanding of key M&A drivers, trends and market activity. Deliver M&A newsletters related to market update
