Securities Transfer Officer (6-month fixed-term contract)

We are currently supporting one of our clients, a Swiss private bank based in Geneva, in their search for a Securities Transfer Officer (6-month fixed-term contract).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper execution and monitoring of client asset transfers, guaranteeing the accurate delivery and receipt of securities across financial institutions or internally within the Bank.
• Perform detailed reviews and cross-checks of information received from various stakeholders, including custodian SWIFT messages, agent prospectuses, contract notes and external financial platforms such as Bloomberg and Telekurs.
• Conduct reconciliation controls on holdings, determine client entitlements and monitor pending positions to ensure accurate asset positioning.
