Security Architect – Consultant (Cisco Security Engineer)

Overview

The Client is seeking an experienced Cisco Security Engineer to support a critical security modernization initiative. This role will focus on migrating existing Cisco Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) policies into Cisco's Secure Service Edge (SSE) platform while maintaining enterprise security standards and operational continuity.

The selected consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in Cisco Web Secure Access technologies and will collaborate with Security, IT, and business stakeholders to validate and maintain existing protections within the new SSE architecture.


Key Responsibilities

• Migrate Cisco Umbrella Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) policies to Cisco Secure Access (SSE)

• Analyze and convert legacy firewall and web policies into least-privilege rules
