Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel.
Manage schedules and ensure efficient deployment of security personnel.
Develops the company safety, health, security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines.
Initiate appropriate safety preventive and corrective actions immediately and whenever necessary.
Evaluates working conditions, Safety work practices and develop recommendations, and present presents training programs for safety promotion and accident prevention.
Ensures proper implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment procedures and Provide Training Programs.
Administers appropriate safe work practices and procedures.
Reviews and analyze all accident reports and ensures that the necessary actions have been applied without undue delay.
