Security Control Room Operator

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operators to monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Respond promptly to security incidents
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports
• Collaborate with security personnel and emergency services

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Security Control Room Operator
• Valid PSIRA registration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments
• Proficient in security systems, CCTV, and access control, etc
• Shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
