Security Coordinator, Physical Security

The recruited individual will provide embedded consulting services as a Physical Security Coordinator, reporting directly to the Security Manager of a Control Risks client. Their primary responsibility will be the management and supervision of the security guard force.
- Perform and report tasks assigned by the Security Manager
- Oversee on-site supervision of the security guard force at the facilities
- Report security incidents to the Security Manager
- Collaborate with the Security Manager to review and improve security guard procedures and protocols
- Supervise available security resources, such as video surveillance systems, access control, and other physical security measures
- Provide training and security recommendations to the guard staff
- Execute other appropriate tasks as directed by the Essential Client
