Security Dispatcher (Part-Time)

We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Security Dispatchers to support our security operations. The Security Dispatcher serves as a critical communication hub, coordinating security personnel, monitoring activities, and ensuring rapid response to incidents. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate security officers and patrol units
• Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and communication systems
• Receive, document, and relay incident reports and service calls
• Maintain accurate logs of calls, incidents, and personnel activity
• Communicate effectively with clients, security staff, and supervisors
• Escalate emergencies according to company protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide professional customer service at all times
