Security Engineer

Summary of Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer with strong expertise in Zscaler cloud security solutions and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimising our security infrastructure to ensure robust protection across the enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on technical capability, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional IT and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Oversee Zscaler security policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, and threat protection features.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler user traffic, authentication issues (SAML/SSO), and policy enforcement.
• Optimise Zscaler configurations to enhance performance, security posture, and user experience.
