Security Guard

Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and security throughout their stay.
• Monitor and control the movement of guests, visitors, contractors, and suppliers (log book & gate pass).
• Report suspicious activities or persons immediately.
• Handle incident reports (theft, accidents, injuries) and assist guests with police reports if required.
• Maintain presence at the security guard post and ensure flags are properly raised.
• Safeguard cash movement for Accounts & Front Office departments.
• Ensure safety for all resort areas, including swimming pool and beach.
• Organize parking areas and control traffic flow.
• Maintain proper documentation, key systems, and follow company policies.
• Inspect and ensure all security equipment is in good working condition.
• Perform routine patrols using the checkpoint system.
• Liaise with local police, fire department, and nearby hospital when needed...
