Performing a variety of duties in the office Mail Services Operations to ensure incoming and outgoing mail is delivered to the appropriate customer in a timely and efficient manner according to the agency’s customer service philosophy. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing mail contents to determine the appropriate receiver, determining the most economical way of sending outgoing mail, preparing packages and other documents, operating the mail inserter, and performing other duties as assigned.
