Security Guard (Overnight)

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, Outlet Manager, or Guest Services Manager, the Security & Maintenance Associate provides overnight operational support to ensure guest safety, property security, and timely resolution of technical issues. This position combines traditional security responsibilities with support to be provided to Night Audit staff, with coverage of any urgent guest issues within the property. The role requires strong communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor when working with the public, and general knowledge of hotel procedures and LGCA regulations. Responsibilities include supporting guests and staff at all times, professionally managing complaints, assisting with cash-outs and deposits, and supervising personnel as needed.
