What you will deliver

• Provide outstanding service to customers and clients while assisting with safety concerns, illness or emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with and enforce property standards, rules and regulations in a reasonable manner.
• Protect the property by performing highly visible patrols of assigned patrol areas/zones and positively engage with clients on a continual basis.
• Work closely with other departments, especially Guest Services, to provide customer service support, respond to and have accountability for the resolution of customer concerns/complaints.
