TI China Security manager leads all security related matters of TI Semiconductor Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd -- to protect TI employees, visitors, and contractors; to protect physical and financial assets; to reduce risks through the development of progressive security practice; respond to security and emergency incidents; to protect intellectual property and sensitive information.

**Job Description:**

+ Manage day-to-day security operation of TI Sales & Design offices in China.
+ Ensure the compliance with TI worldwide Security Standard, Policies, Procedures.
+ Establish relationships with business leaders to identify security needs and develop plans of actions to meet those needs. Provide support and making recommendations site management regarding appropriate, timely and necessary security improvement and enhancement.
