Security Manager, East

Responsibilities:
Report to the Head of Security (Singapore) and recommend physical security enhancements to strengthen procedures, preventive measures, and warehouse security systems in line with global security standards, unless otherwise approved by global management.
Implement and maintain company-wide security standards across all operations, including premises, warehouses, and offices, to achieve and sustain certifications such as C-TPAT, TAPA, RCAR, STP-Plus, and KCR.
Execute the Global Security Crisis Management and Loss Prevention Plan in collaboration with the Head of Security (SG) and the Global Security Team.
Lead follow-up actions to ensure successful implementation of security projects, including risk assessments, security audits, and corrective/preventive actions arising from non-conformance findings.
