Security Manager (Indonesian Nationality Only)

**Description:**

The Security Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property. This role oversees all security operations, develops and enforces security policies, and leads the security team to maintain a safe, peaceful, and luxurious environment in line with the brand’s standards.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or villa.
+ Background in law enforcement, military, or security management preferred.
+ Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
+ Knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
