Security Manager

Safeguarding the organization's people, assets, and information by developing and implementing security policies, overseeing security personnel, managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, handling incidents, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with law enforcement to protect against threats, theft, and breaches. Responsible for strategic planning, training, and ensuring smooth operations for both physical security in the organization's industrial settings
Requirements
Grade 12.
Minimum – National Diploma in Security Management or related (NQF6)
Advantageous – Degree in Criminal Justice (NQF7)
Advantageous - PSIRA Certification
5 to 10 years in a Security or Law enforcement role or related
Be able to communicate well, read & write in English.
Be able to work and cope well in a team.
Own transportation arrangement.
