Security Manager

The position shall oversee and organize the security operations covering all facilities/projects of the Renewables Group, while developing and implementing facilities/project wide strategic security policies and procedures, to maintain security standards in accordance to the security policies and guidelines for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC

• Crafts and implements Tier 2 Objectives and Strategic Initiatives as aligned with Tier 1 and 1.5 Balanced Scorecard
• Develop, implement and continuously improve management reporting and budgeting process to drive return minded spending
• Conducts a periodic risk analysis of the threats, hazards and security vulnerabilities of the facilities/projects to include establishing countermeasures in addressing or reducing these risks to an acceptable level.
