Security Manager ((Multi-Plant))

Position Objective:

This role is responsible for standardizing security practices, managing risks in a comprehensive manner, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while aligning the security function with the company’s strategic business objectives.

Define, lead, and execute the physical, industrial, and asset protection security strategy across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring the safety of employees, facilities, and company assets.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in managerial security roles with responsibility for multiple manufacturing plants.
