Security Manager WCSA (Chile or Peru) (Santiago)

Responsibilities

• Lead Area/Cluster Security and BC related work including customer S&BC; requirements.
• Provide S&BC; leadership across the sites/locations and local S&R; communities, business leaders and customers (incl. KCMs).
• Rollout the S&BR; standardization and management framework related to Duty of care and to MCL/TbM/MGFE making sure they are adequately implemented (quality), monitored for effect (impact) and that external regulations (C-TPAT, TAPA, IATA, AEO, etc.) are adhered to.
• Mentor and upskill people and business leaders across cluster.
• Lead and monitor S&BR; execution through cluster and functional buy-in. This to include support of test and initiatives for improved Security and LP.
• Conduct Foresight/Predict threat assessments towards people and sites/locations including loss trends, new business proposals and other potential business threats and risks and deliver fact-based risk mitigation advise.
