Security Manager

Implement the overall security program for mall properties by overseeing and supervising CRS Supervisors and Representatives. Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, guests, and other personnel within the assigned mall and related business structures. This role aims to maintain a secure environment that promotes profitability and good business for the organization, while achieving customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards, policies, and government security regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of any 4 year course
• Certified Security professional (CSP), Certified Mall Protection Professional (CMPP), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Certified Security Management System (CSMS)
• 5 to 7 years work experience in the security industry, able to lead and manage large number of personnel, computer literate.
